By joining us as a Junior Cyber Security Consultant, you will have the chance to work on Communication and Information Systems (CIS) used in a variety of Defences. You will cooperate with clients and contribute in our effort to get client CIS accreditation by national security authorities.
At the same time you will be part of a small company, where you can grow fast from a junior to senior level. We have high expectations, due to the type of services we provide for high value client assets at Confiware. On the other hand, you should grow your experience in a controlled manner where you can count on the guidance of experienced Lead Security Consultant.
Responsibilities
- You will support the subject matter expert and assurance lead for Cyber Security.
- You will contribute in providing compliance statements for complex defence systems.
- You will contribute in performing the security risk assessment according to well defined security risk methodology.
- You will provide security analysis and documentation.
- You will increase your responsibilities, starting at a contribution level towards complete responsibility of performing compliance and risk assessment tasks for clients.
- You will grow further to provide advice to clients and become a Senior Cyber Security Consultant.
Your technical qualifications:
- Security Compliance Control, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Security Controls Framework.
- Security Risk Assessment.
- Network Security.
- Computer Security.
Your personal qualifications:
- You are expected to have a high drive, where you can utilise your security skills.
- Fast learning curve.
- We expect you to hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Security, Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
- This might be your first full time job after graduation.
- As a minimum you should be fluent in spoken and written English, additionally skills in the Danish language is a plus.

Clearence: Acceptance for government Personal Security Clearance (PSC) is required for this position.
Travel: Some travel primarily in Northern Europe.
